Code Of Conduct For Employees

Guiding our employees to play their part in realizing our sustainability commitments.

As a proudly independent company, we're embedding responsible business conduct across all aspects of our business - above and beyond the international standard. Our Code of Conduct for Employees guides our people to act in accordance with our Sustainability Policy.

Embedding Sustainability Into Our Everyday Operations

Block text

Our independence empowers us to build a workplace founded on sustainability. We strongly value our people and the part they play in upholding our commitments in accordance with the international standard for responsible business conduct.

The international standard on responsible business conduct focuses on business impacts in three core areas: social, environmental and economic sustainability - and in turn, this creates expectations for our employees in these areas.

Our Code of Conduct for Employees (CoCE) sets out our expectations of you as an ICL employee and guides you on what our sustainability commitment means in practice for your daily work.
